30‑Day Satisfaction Guarantee

  • If you are not fully satisfied with your first purchase, you may request a refund or replacement within 30 days of delivery. Limit one satisfaction guarantee claim per household.

How to Start a Request

  • Our team will follow up to learn more about your experience and process your request.

Refunds

  • Refunds are issued to the original payment method once processed.
  • We generally do not require the return of food products.
  • We may request photos or additional details to improve quality control.

Replacements

  • If a product arrives damaged or unusable, we will ship a replacement promptly.

Exclusions

We cannot issue refunds or replacements for:

  • Requests submitted more than 30 days after delivery
  • Orders beyond a customer’s first purchase
  • More than one satisfaction guarantee claim per household
  • Products gifted or purchased from resellers not authorized by Artemis
  • Delays caused by carriers or incorrect shipping addresses

Timing

  • Once processed, refunds typically appear within 3–5 business days, depending on your bank or payment provider.
