30‑Day Satisfaction Guarantee
- If you are not fully satisfied with your first purchase, you may request a refund or replacement within 30 days of delivery. Limit one satisfaction guarantee claim per household.
How to Start a Request

- Our team will follow up to learn more about your experience and process your request.
Refunds
- Refunds are issued to the original payment method once processed.
- We generally do not require the return of food products.
- We may request photos or additional details to improve quality control.
Replacements
- If a product arrives damaged or unusable, we will ship a replacement promptly.
Exclusions
We cannot issue refunds or replacements for:
- Requests submitted more than 30 days after delivery
- Orders beyond a customer’s first purchase
- More than one satisfaction guarantee claim per household
- Products gifted or purchased from resellers not authorized by Artemis
- Delays caused by carriers or incorrect shipping addresses
Timing
- Once processed, refunds typically appear within 3–5 business days, depending on your bank or payment provider.
