Mobile Messaging Terms

The Artemis Foods mobile message program (the "Program") is operated by Artemis Foods ("Artemis," "we," "our," or "us"). By providing your mobile phone number and opting in to the Program — whether through our website pop-up, checkout, account signup, or other enrollment method — you agree to these Mobile Messaging Terms ("Mobile Terms") and to our Privacy Policy.
Program description
The Program sends recurring marketing and transactional text messages, including promotional offers, new product launches, restocks, cart reminders, order updates, and content tied to your interests.
Consent
By opting in, you give Artemis and its service providers your express written consent to send you text messages, including messages sent using an automatic telephone dialing system. Consent is not a condition of any purchase.
Message frequency
Message frequency varies, but you should not receive more than 10 messages per month from the Program.
Message and data rates
Message and data rates may apply. Artemis does not charge for the messages you receive, but your wireless carrier's standard rates apply.
Opt out — reply STOP
You can cancel the Program at any time by texting STOP to any message you receive from us. After you send STOP, we will send you one final message confirming that you have been unsubscribed. You will no longer receive Program messages, but you may still receive transactional messages tied to active orders or accounts. To rejoin, sign up again on our website or text START to the same number.

Supported carriers
The Program is available on major U.S. carriers including AT&T, Verizon Wireless, T-Mobile, Sprint, U.S. Cellular, Boost, Cricket, Metro, and others. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages and are not responsible for messages sent through the Program.
Eligibility
The Program is offered to U.S. residents only. You must be at least 18 years old (or the age of majority in your state) to enroll. By opting in, you represent that you are the account holder or authorized user of the mobile number you provide.
Privacy
Personal information collected through the Program is handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy. We do not sell or share mobile phone numbers collected for the Program, or any data tied to those numbers (such as opt-in records), with third parties for their own marketing purposes.
Changes
We may change or terminate the Program, including any short code or phone number, at any time without notice. We may also update these Mobile Terms; the updated version will be posted on this page with a revised "Last updated" date.
Disputes
Any disputes arising out of or relating to the Program are governed by the dispute-resolution and governing-law sections of our Terms of Service.
